Robert Plant fuels Led Zeppelin reunion rumours with cryptic comment

Rumors of a forthcoming Led Zeppelin reunion intensified today as Robert Plant's official website went black save for the words "Any time now..." in plain white letters across the homepage.

Feel Numb claims to have inside sources which are telling them that Robert Plant has agreed to reunite Led Zeppelin for Desert Trip 2017.

And while Plant has distanced himself from further reunions taking place in the past, that hasn't stopped the rumours that something is happening behind the scenes, after he posted the message "Any time now..."

However, 2018 will mark the 50th anniversary of the group, and other fans are certain that Plant's message is hinting at an event (or series of events) next year to commemorate that.

However, speculation is mounting that the surviving members of Led Zeppelin - Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones - could reunite with late drummer John Bonham's son, Jason, for one more concert, possibly the Desert Trip in Indio, California in October.

Supposedly, Led Zeppelin turned down an offered appearance at last year's inaugural Desert Trip. Given these recent participants, a Led Zeppelin set would certainly fit the bill.

The legendary rock band last performed together in December 2007, when they played at London's The O2 as part of the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert. That performance was later released as Celebration Day, a bit of which you can check out below.
