Charlie Gard's parents have until 12:00 p.m. tomorrow to set up their home to Great Ormond Street Hospital's (GOSH) liking, or their son will be transferred to a hospice and have his life support pulled there.
This choice was criticized by doctors at the Great Ormond Street Hospital, who care for the baby, argüant that it was not feasible to provide treatment in the home of the parents.
Yesterday Mr Justice Francis, the High Court judge asked to decide his fate, said a deal must be agreed by midday today or GOSH's advice would be followed.
He also said the parents' team had been in touch with suppliers of ventilators who were able to deliver one within 24 hours.
Mr Justice Francis in April ruled in favour of Great Ormond Street and said Charlie should be allowed to die with dignity.
"It is no longer in Charlie's best interests to pursue this course of treatment", the couple said in a statement. "However, he said that "(i) t looks like the chances are small" of the boy being brought home.

Emerson said his daughter suffered from a 17-hour epilepsy fit, and afterward doctors told him that Jorja's case basically was hopeless. Her father said they have done extensive research about her condition, and they want a second opinion before they let go of their little girl.
British courts and the European Court of Human Rights sided with the hospital in a string of hearings since March.
Monday, after months of proceedings, the parents of Charlie Gard had made a decision to renounce their court battle to preserve the lives of their children.
The parents gave up the legal battle on Monday, saying the latest scans showed Charlie's condition had deteriorated to the point that no recovery was possible.
He said the "window of opportunity has been lost" to help Charlie, according to Sky News.
