The Bachelorette Season 13 Finale: Rachel Lindsay Picks Bryan Abasolo

He seemed so sure, which I loved - but also kind of terrified me. Then he would be playing the same game we've seen reality stars play too often - the one where the B-list star tries everything to stay in the spotlight at all costs. To top it off, the remaining three guys were also there live to react as it all unfolded.

On the live show, Rachel tells Chris, "I cried my eyelashes off".

When she went to give Eric a hug, you could hear the dress clanking around. Maybe that's why I'm having trouble being amusing as I put this together. "I don't understand why he's still single", said Lindsay of her 37-year-old love.

"I want to show this woman off", Bryan gushed.

Eric was the first to go. "I know as soon as I get back home, I'm going to jump right back into it to process all of this and not get there just yet with that potential step". But when asked if she was anxious about this, the barrister thought her parents just needed some time to get to know her fiance before they can get along. "Like that's all I could do, I was so happy". This season, and this finale, was all about Bryan and Peter.

Rachel first addressed her relationship with Peter. That was a problem because Rachel had to have a ring. "I know he said he doesn't want to do it ..."

Rachel and Bryan were spotted out the day after the dramatic finale on their way to Good Morning America.

"You talk to me about our future and what size bed we're going to have", Rachel said.

Peter was obviously uncomfortable and Rachel, for whatever reason, was obviously angry at him. So Bryan got Rachel's first rose and then he got her last. "I wish you nothing but the best, and I really just want happiness for you". There were several other guys she could have kept around in his spot.

Both crying, they hugged and kissed and then parted ways. Their farewell was brutal. Do you know what I'm saying? Raw emotion and unfinished business dominated their conversation. Bryan - the man who consumes Rachel's face whenever they're making out, so it looks like, as my friend says, "a dementor sucking the soul out of a attractive and innocent muggle" - and Rachel are engaged.

Rachel Lindsay is a 32-year-old lawyer from Dallas, Texas who made history in "The Bachelorette" as the first ever African-American to be cast as the lead of the show. "I definitely think Alex".

And with that, Bryan got down on one knee, presenting Rachel with a stunning Neil Lane sparkler. He had her heart, and her lips, from the beginning.

The two of them are admirable for the way they stick up for each other. She finds herself falling in love with all three of these captivating men and terribly torn between them. I want someone who wants to move towards marriage. Rachel and Bryan bond during their last moments together, and by "bond" we mean gluing their faces together much to the (probable) horror of the cameraman.
