Nintendo Switch Update 4.0.0 Secretly Added USB Headset Support

But what is good about it is that it works much like it does on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 platforms, in that users will be able to automatically capture and store the last 30 seconds of their play. However, it seems like they will be available in the game, sadly only in a limited capacity.

In its most recent 4.0 software update for the Switch, Nintendo has made it possible to transfer user and save data from one Switch console to another. It's the biggest update for the system since it was released back in March. Titled as update 4.0.0, the newest update now allows player to capture game play and share it. First, it can only record a maximum of the previous 30 seconds of gameplay. Instead, the gaming firm only officially announced the new video capture and data transfer features in the update.

Nintendo adds that many more games will be added to this list and in order to do so, they should work with third party developers.

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle debuted at number 7 on the top 10 best-selling games for the month, followed by Metroid: Samus Returns for 3DS at number 8 and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild at the number 10 position. "I would assume "#Super Mario Odyssey" will also use this when it comes out October 27th.

After the commercial disappointment that was the Wii U, Nintendo needed a win and the Nintendo Switch is that win. Some games are expected to support pre-loading before its launch and a new user interface has been rolled out for the News Feed.
