People are destroying coffee machines after Sean Hannity's interview with Roy Moore

But the announcement by Keurig (gmcr) prompted his supporters to pledge a boycott of the company.

"Figured I'd let Keurig and all these other companies know we don't believe in your fake outrage being portrayed as some kind of virtual-signaling morality test", one man said in a video posted on Twitter.

The hashtag #BoycottKeurig surged on Twitter's trending list over the weekend as Hannity took to his own Twitter account to applaud his "deplorable friends".

Following Hannity's comments, Angelo Carusone, president of progressive media watchdog site Media Matters for America, who has for months encouraged advertisers to abandon the Fox News show, tweeted several companies asking if they would still be advertising on Hannity in light of the host's Moore coverage.

Fox News Channel anchor Sean Hannity poses for photographs as he sits on the set of his show "Hannity" at the Fox News Channel's studios in New York City, October 28, 2014.

"Liberals are offended by this video of a Keurig being thrown off of a building", one user by the name Collin Rugg tweeted, along with a video of a coffee maker being thrown off a balcony. "And I'm going to buy a nice one, I'm not going to buy a crappy one", he said. She told The Post that Moore took her to his house and touched her sexually.

Other companies who pulled support from Hannity include Realtor.com and fashion brand Eloquii-though neither have received the same amount of social media attention as Keurig.

"And consensual, that's true", said Hannity. Moore has vehemently and repeatedly denied the allegations. But this time, Mr. Hannity's online supporters fought back in numbers against the advertisers - even, in some cases, destroying their coffee makers.

Moore is accused of making sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl while he was a 32-year-old attorney, in addition to pursuing romantic (although not sexual) relationships with other teenage girls around the same time. Guilty. Where's the justice?

Amplifying those messages along with Hannity were Russian-linked social media accounts.

The heated political environment has created a slew of headaches for marketers who are pilloried for supporting some news networks and then slammed when they pull their ads.

Hannity had propagated a widely discredited theory that Rich was shot and killed because he had supplied DNC emails to WikiLeaks. The Murdochs decided that if new accusations emerged, the ongoing publicity would make O'Reilly "untenable in advertisers' eyes", The Post's Paul Farhi reported.
