Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp out now in United Kingdom on Android

The tweet announcing the news pegs it for release on unspecified "mobile devices", which probably means a simultaneous Android and iOS launch. This isn't the first time Nintendo has surprised fans with an early release. It's available now in the United States, United Kingdom, Austria, and France. That's a day ahead of its intended release date, November 22. People who have the game in other regions such as the U.S. are reporting errors regarding communication, meaning the servers are getting pummuled by the massive inflow of traffic from the first day of launch. Nintendo came out to say that this game was a much longer developed and produced product, making it a higher-quality free mobile game. The mobile game, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, was not a rushed title like Super Mario Run was. The materials you collect are used to craft items to decorate your campsite. There are plenty of areas around the camp that can be accessed through your camper.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is a game in which you build a cozy camp life with friends and your favorite animals. Nintendo has also confirmed there will be seasonal events throughout the year with special goals and items offered for a limited time.

But that's not all you're getting for this early Thanksgiving feast.

As in other Animal Crossing games, your goal is to help your neighbors in order to gain Bells (the in-game currency), which you can use to acquire upgrades for your camper, purchase new clothes for your character or craft furniture for your campsite.
