Jessica Falkholt's Life Support Has Been Reportedly Switched Off

Annabelle, 21, passed away three days after the accident.

The decision to end life support came the day after the funeral for her parents and sister.

Channel 7 is reporting this morning that Falkholt still remains in a critical condition at St George Hospital today.

Jessica's sister, mother and father all died in the Boxing Day crash.

"Rest in peace, handsome Jessica Falkholt", a tweet on the "Home and Away" Twitter page reads.

Falkholt played Hope Morrison on the popular soap opera Home and Away, and the show paid tribute to her on Twitter with a simple message: "Rest in peace, attractive Jessica Falkholt".

Craig Anthony Whitall, the 50-year-old driver of the other vehicle and a serial traffic offender, was also killed in the crash.

Falkholt had undergone several surgeries since the crash, according to the UK Telegraph.

It emerged that her young sister Raffy - actually her cousin - was a sibling of the Morgan brothers in the soap, so Raffy stayed in the Bay with them when Hope was jailed for her crimes. Whitehall had previously received a nine-year driving ban and racked up at least 10 convictions for driving while disqualified.

"Lars, Vivian and Annabelle will be deeply missed by Vivian's brother Paul, his children along with many relatives and friends both near and far", a notice for the service read, according to The Daily Telegraph.

"Speaking about the accident, Jessica's uncle, Paul Ponticello, said: "[It's] a day that will be hard to erase from our memory", adding that Lars was known for being an excellent driver.

Jessica lost her entire immediate family in the crash. They are together and always will be. It's believed he was driving home from the methadone clinic with an investigation taking place on whether he was under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash.
