Mar 13, 2018, 06:04
Daniels, who received $130,000 in a "hush agreement" from Donald Trump's lawyer to stay quiet about her alleged affair with the now-president, returned to the news cycle this week by announcing her plan to tell all about her relationship with the president.
The adult film actress' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, writes in a letter to Trump's lawyer that Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, is ready to wire the funds to an account of Trump's choosing by Friday.
Trump's lawyers are reportedly preparing a legal action to block Stormy Daniels" silence-breaking interview with "60 Minutes' from airing next Sunday.
Stephanie Clifford, aka Stormy Daniels, is having a field day on Twitter with the many people who are insulting her now that she wants to speak out about an affair she says she had with President Donald Trump.
Clifford says she "began an intimate relationship with Mr. Trump in the summer of 2006 in Lake Tahoe and continued her relationship with Mr. Trump well into the year 2007".
It would be highly unlikely Cohen would accept the offer - he recently went to court to get a restraining order to prevent her from talking about the NDA.

Daniels, who was paid $130,000 in hush money as part of the non-disclosure agreement, last week announced she was suing Trump over the agreement-alleging he purposely did not sign it so that he could disavow any knowledge of the agreement and Daniels in future.
Using pseudonyms Peggy Peterson and David Dennison, Ms Clifford and Mr Trump were to sign the agreement along with Essential Consultants, the lawsuit claims. Avenatti said he was assigning 24-hour security to Clifford after a vehicle tailed her after a dance performance at a Florida strip club this weekend.
"Our offer proves this out".

Perhaps Daniels will be able to speak the truth at Truth Detroit.
The offer from Avenatti came after White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders told a briefing last week that Trump had won an arbitration proceeding against Clifford.
