Warriors star Stephen Curry to return from 11-game absence Saturday

A young fan recently asked Steph Curry to make some of his Curry 5 sneakers available in the girls section, and his response was flawless.

Riley really pulled the guilt card on Curry to fix this issue, reminding him that he has two daughters and has hosted an all-girls basketball camp.

Aside from sending Riley a free pair of 5s, Curry also invited Riley to a planned event on International Women's Day on March 8, and that's definitely something to look forward to. She was so frustrated that she wrote to the Golden State Warriors' superstar, who responded with an apology and an invitation.

In his note back, Curry mentioned the boys shoes Morrison saw on the Under Armour site were actually unisex, even though they could only be found in the young men's section of the website.

In the 10 games that Curry has missed, the Warriors are 5-5.

"I want to make sure you can wear my kicks proudly", Curry wrote.

"Thanks to Riley and Stephen, we're correcting a simple yet critical error", Stoyer wrote in an email to CBS News.

And true to Curry's word, the 5s are, as of Thursday afternoon, listed under the girls' section on Under Armour's website.

"He wants to play, he's ready to play and we're just going to be extra cautious", Warriors coach Steve Kerr told reporters after his team practised in Toronto on Wednesday night.
