Meghan Markle has faced a year of scrutiny since marrying into the British Royal Family, especially when it comes to how she handles some of the more traditional protocols.

Karen Anvil, 40, took the picture of Meghan Markle stroking her bump at Sandringham where a year ago she captured Princes Harry and William with Kate and Meghan greeting wellwishers.

She also carried a pair of black gloves and a black leather Victoria Beckham powder box, linking her arm with her husband's as they walked through the crowd.

Duchess Kate selected a festive red coat with a matching hat, gloves and shoes.

Does this mean Meghan and Harry's baby could arrive earlier than Spring?

One shopper told The Mail that she recognised Kate and her two eldest children Prince George, 5 and Princess Charlotte, 3, as they perused the aisles at the store in King's Lynn, Norfolk, close to the Queen's Sandringham estate.

Meghan, who debuted a less-than-perfect curtsy a year ago, confidently bowed her head, clasped her hands and lowered into the proper position as she curtsied to the Queen outside the Church of St. Mary Magdalene on Tuesday.

The holiday stroll marks the first time both royal couples have appeared together since Meghan and Harry announced that they would be moving out of the two-bedroom Nottingham Cottage on the Kensington Palace estate to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.

George is said to have shown interest in a £1.25 Dinosaur Baby Egg Slime in the toy aisle, but Mrs Daniels "didn't register a response" from the prince's mother.

Claims have swirled about tension between brothers William and Harry and their wives, Kate and Meghan.

It looks to us like Meghan's style has evolved once again, since joining the royal family.
