Frank Howard SUSPENDED indefinitely by Syracuse after Zion Williamson trip — March Madness

Asked if Howard had made the trip to Salt Lake City, and whether Howard might be available should the Orange advance, all Boeheim said was, "He won't be here with us tomorrow". He's now played his final college game.

Though the school did not specify a limit on Howard's suspension, Syracuse head coach Jim Boeheim confirmed he will not feature in his side's first-round matchup Thursday against Baylor. There are two lineup options based off of what SU has tried previously this season: Tyus Battle could start at point guard with Buddy Boeheim playing the 2, or Jalen Carey could start alongside Battle in the backcourt. Jalen's had good practices. Mason could change the outcome for the Bears if he can rekindle the magic he had with Yale in 2016, but that seems unlikely with how he's played lately. We played really well in both games in the tournament.
