OnePlus 7 release date set for June 4 in UK

Design wise, Redmi K series will have a gradient back.

Xiaomi has a unique opportunity to cement the Pocophone as the go-to flagship killer brand and the Redmi K20 Pro's seemingly flawless balance design, features, hardware, and price would make it an ideal successor. The Redmi K20 Pro answers most of these criticisms by smartly adopting all of the industry's hottest current trends. These are aggressive prices from OnePlus and the phone will surely attract a lot of buyers out there.

The Redmi K20 Pro is made out of metal and glass, and it does not include a display notch or hole, instead, Redmi opted for a pop-up selfie camera.

The device does have a thin "chin" below the display, and its display corners are rounded. The 20 MP front-facing camera pops out from the top left of the phone and is supposed to come with gimmicky display lighting effects and a light ring that acts as a notification LED.

The Redmi K20 Pro has a 6.39-inch AMOLED display, a 20MP pop-up selfie camera, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The Xiaomi phone comes in following RAM and storage combinations - 6GB+64GB, 8GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB.

The Oppo Reno that comes with 6GB RAM and 256GB of storage is officially priced at RM1,999. It is also used to make the small haptic taps that have been scattered across the Android 9.0 Pie mobile operating system more enjoyable. While the OnePlus 7 still lacks the 3.5mm audio jack, now it at least comes with stereo speakers. Over at the rear, it gets a triple camera setup consisting of a 48MP f/1.75 main camera (Sony IMX586), 13MP f/2.4 ultra-wide-angle shooter and an 8MP f/2.4 telephoto camera with 3X Optical zoom. The company has listed them for pre-order in China but the launch in the other global countries is yet to be announced.

The base 6GB + 64GB variant starts at Yuan 2,499 (approximately Rs. 25,200), whereas the 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at Yuan 2,599 (approximately Rs. 26,200).

At the moment, the Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro is only available in China. Redmi K20 Pro goes on sale starting June 1 and would be offered in three colour options - Glacier Blue, Flame Red, Carbon Fiber Black.

The Redmi K20 is actually quite similar to the Redmi K20 Pro, save for some differences in terms of specs.
